  1. How can I obtain a copy of my transcript?
    Contact the Records Office, located in the Morris Memorial Building, room 105, 575-6018. View more information about transcripts.
  2. When will I receive my diploma?
    Official diplomas will be available in the Evaluations Office after June 30. Graduates will receive information by email notifying them of the pick-up date.
  3. How can I graduate with honors?
    Students can graduate with honors if their overall GPA is 3.5 or higher in all degree applicable courses. This includes transfer work from other schools. Honor cords will be available in the bookstore. For additional information contact the Counseling Department at, 575-6080.
  4. When is the graduation luncheon taking place?
    In the Mary Stuart Rogers Student Learning Center (West Campus) on Friday, April 30 from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm. The cost is $12 for both tickets and gift certificates. Learn more about the luncheon.
  5. When can I purchase graduation supplies?
    On April 5, the bookstore (East Campus) will have supplies available. Contact them for prices at 575-6840.
  6. Will professional photographs be taken?
    Photographs will be taken as each student crosses the stage. Proofs along with order forms will be mailed to each student 5-7 days following commencement. For further questions, please contact Grad Images directly on-line at www.gradimages.com. In addition, photographs (for students and families) will be taken directly after the ceremony for a limited amount of time. Prices range from $6-$12.
  7. Are personal photographs allowed?
    Photographs are permitted during the ceremony. Please be mindful of blocking the view of others and remain seated.
  8. Are we allowed to bring balloons or air horns into the ceremony?
    Unfortunately, balloons and air horns are not permitted.
  9. Will security be present at the ceremony?
    Yes. Security will be performing bag checks at the gate to prevent the presence of weapons, alcohol, and drugs on campus.
  10. Are tickets required?
    Unless it rains, Commencement will be held in the football stadium. Tickets are not required and graduates can invite as many guests as they like. In the event of a rainy day, Commencement will be moved to the gym and graduates will be limited to 3 tickets. These rainy day tickets will be issued when graduates purchase their caps and gowns. Keep them in a safe location as replacement tickets will not be issued.
  11. If I use an alumni's cap and gown, how do I obtain rainy day tickets?
    Please bring your borrowed cap and gown and go to the bookstore (East Campus) to obtain rainy day tickets.
